À propos de l'auteur

Rita M. Boehm was born and raised on the south shore of Long Island, NY where she became a voracious reader at a young age. During her career as Director of Contracts for a defense electronics company, she willingly traded life by the ocean for an opportunity to live in Colorado and explore the Rocky Mountain west. Six years later, yet another career move brought Rita and her husband back to the East Coast. This time trading majestic mountains for historic monuments and museums in her move to Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. With retirement in 2014 came an opportunity to reawaken the creative muse left slumbering during the years she spent poring over legal documents. When she isn't writing, or reading an eclectic mix of authors, she enjoys photography, gardening and most especially--riding her dressage horse, Kosi. Rita and her husband Bob share their central Florida home with a large, orange tabby cat named Cody. SECOND CHANCES is Rita's first novel and is the recognition of a life-time dream. Her second book, CASSIE'S JOURNEY, was released in October 2015. BEYOND SECOND CHANCES, the requested and exciting sequel to SECOND CHANCES is scheduled for release in October 2016.
