Dr. Jasmine Renner is a 2015 Carnegie African Diaspora Fellow, a Fulbright Specialist Scholar and currently a tenured Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at East Tenseness State University. She is also a 2014 Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) Maxine Smith Fellow. A native of Sierra Leone, she practiced law as an attorney specializing in comparative international law and general legal practice before relocating to the United States. She is an expert consultant in e-Learning and m-Learning for several African nations and civil governments. She currently teaches courses at the doctoral level namely; Higher Education Law, Policy Analysis, Legal Affairs for Student Personnel, Small Group Leadership and the Administration of Higher Education at the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
