In this, her first children's book, Kathy shares her passion that books offer the keys to knowledge and should be available to everyone who wants them, no matter where they live. When not creating adventures for Quint, Kathy works as a certified personal and professional coach. Her first book for grown-ups is titled Question Your Thoughts, Empower Your Life: Release Negativity and Live the Life of Your Dreams. Kathy is a mother to three, grandmother to six. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, who runs the real-life big red shop where bookmobiles truly do come to life.
