The SMP network consists of over 1,500 leaders in industries as diverse as telecom, technology, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and retail. Services include career planning, transition to boards or other roles, leadership skills development, talent assessment and selection, and coaching. Dev Mukherjee is a board member, coach, consultant, investor, mentor, professor (and dad). He has held a number of executive positions – driving change, entering new markets and transforming operations - across geographies, industries and companies of all sizes. He was CEO of Evite and BuySeasons, Senior Vice President at IBM - launching ThinkPad in Europe and IBM's On-Demand cloud based infrastructure and apps worldwide.
