Sharlene Hylton is a journalist who lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She is happily married, with two daughters. She received her spiritual training from True Worshipers Global Worship Center, located in Dallas, Texas, where she served for fifteen years as worship leader and youth teacher. In June 2015, she and her husband founded Burning Ones Ministries, in Euless, Texas, where she now serves as prophetess, teacher, and worship leader. Her husband serves as pastor, head intercessor, and teacher. She received her Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication as a Summa Cum Laude from Ashford University. She is a proud member of Golden Key International Honour Society and an Alpha Sigma Lambda member as well. She is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ). She is also a part of the first completely online chapter of SPJ, which is a historical moment for SPJ, known as the Society of Professional Journalists at Ashford University. She has a personal blog, which is a site created to encourage her readers with scriptures from the Word of God. She also writes for True Worshipers Global Worship Center, a nonprofit organization, where she periodically writes articles about the happenings of the ministry. Her mission is to encourage her readers to see the best in every situation through her scriptural-based writings. Her goal is to also have her readers receive an in-depth understanding of the Word of God by breaking down the scripture, explaining the scripture, and by tying the scripture in with everyday circumstances. Through her writings, she hopes to have many of her readers brought closer to Jesus Christ.
