Synopsis

Grandma has three chickens that live in a pen at the bottom of the garden. They talk to one another in loud squawks and are always very noisy. One winter's day, Alice, her granddaughter, comes to visit, but it is snowing so hard she can't take Max the dog out for a walk. The next day, although it has stopped snowing, Max goes outside with the chickens and disappears!

Biographie de l'auteur

The author has taught at primary school level, including children with special educational needs, for over thirty years. She specialises in the teaching of English and drama and has written and produced plays for both adults and children, most of which have been performed to the public. Following her first book, “Three Noisy Chickens,” this is her second book to be published -“Three Noisy Chickens to the Rescue.” She lives with her husband, who has produced the illustrations for this book.
