Whether you are a bus manager, school teacher, coach, mentor, or daycare provider the job of managing students can be one of the most rewarding. There are challenges that come with this responsibility, but they can be overcome with some creativity. Managing students successfully is something that requires patience, persistence and passion. Although it is a skill set that can be learned it does require you to have a true “heart” for children. This book is designed to encourage you to dig deep and do something different by thinking outside of the box and making an intentional connection with your students.
