JT (Jerry) Fest is a nationally recognized Positive Youth Development consultant and trainer, and the developer of the “Youth Development: A Winning Hand” presentation. Author of “Street Culture 2.0: An Epistemology of Street-dependent Youth,” Mr. Fest has practical experience implementing a Youth Development approach in a variety of settings from street outreach to classrooms to residential programs, and with diverse populations of young people including students, homeless street-dependent youth, drug affected youth, and juvenile offenders.
