Synopsis

The characteristic of 125 I-CaM to its binding protein in normal and psoriatic epidermal homogenates werre mentioned in this book using the technical basis of the radioreceptor assay . Different factors affecting this binding were studied and the results showed that maximum binding was achieved in different orders .Furthermore a method was developed for the purification and identification of CaMBPs from normal and psoriatic epidermis by gel -filtration . and their physicochemical properties of thse CaMBPs ,pI and heat stability were investigated by chromotography , electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing .
