Frederic K. Hepburn II grew up in Detroit, Michigan, attending Cass Technical High School and earning a bachelor of science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Eastern Michigan University. His debut novella The Dean's Message focuses on his interest in history and social economics. He works as an electrical engineer in the automotive industry.
