À propos de l?auteur

Ralph Waldo Trine (1866-1958) was an American philosopher, editor, and one of the most influential writers of the New Thought movement. Educated at Knox College and later at Johns Hopkins University, Trine devoted much of his career to exploring the relationship between spiritual insight, personal character, and the practical conditions of everyday life. His writings emphasised the creative power of thought, the importance of moral and spiritual discipline, and the harmony between inner life and outward circumstance. Trine's works became widely read in the early twentieth century and helped shape the broader tradition of modern metaphysical and inspirational philosophy.Among his best-known books are In Tune with the Infinite, The Greatest Thing Ever Known, and Thoughts I Met on the Highway, all of which continue to be read by those interested in the philosophical foundations of the New Thought tradition.
