Read Dr Ende’s plan to use human fetal cord blood depositories created specifically for a nuclear attack. In this short book he includes a limited overview of research. In 2005, Congress established the National Cord Blood Depositories to help restore damage to bone marrow in case of a nuclear explosion. In 2010, the law was amended to ensure storage of a minimum of 150,000 units . However, the U.S. government has not developed nor adopted a plan to these blood depositories. Dr. Norman Ende, was a Captain in the US Naval Reserve Medical Corps. He is Professor of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School.
