K. R. Bailey is a Utah girl who loves reading, romance and long drives in the mountains. She’s married to her best friend and together they enjoy traveling in their motorhome or spending time at their little cabin nestled high in the mountains where deer live under the deck and hummingbirds flit around all day. She’s grandma to five beautiful grandchildren and “mom” to a yellow lab named Shilo. Writing and traveling have always been her passions. She never goes anywhere without a pen and notebook to write down her feelings, describe the sights she visits, or annotate tidbits that she can use in her stories. She was raised around Morgan horses and grew to love one special one – Modeska’s Red Rascal, who was a special friend for over 28 years. You’ll notice many of her stories have Morgan horses, a special dog, hummingbirds and wildlife in them because she feels life wouldn’t be complete without them. To find out more about K. R.
