Professor Phil Lewis is an 8th Degree Black Belt and has been actively training in Martial Arts for over four decades. He holds black belt ranks in several arts and is the recognized founder of Shinsei Ryu Kenpo, Shinsei Arnis Jitsu, and Mu Wu Shyr Quan Fa. He has produced dozens of instructional DVD's and travels and gives seminars.
