À propos de l'auteur

Giuseppe Caredda, always interested in the Esoteric. As a young man he attended the Theosophical House in London and the various seminars of the masters of yoga and meditation of the eighties and nineties, including the Yoga Guru, Iyengar. He has been several times in India to learn and practice meditation techniques, yoga, and mantras. He has participated in various Vipassana Meditation courses with the guidance of Goenka in Dhamma Giri Ashram, Igatpuri, India and in Birmingham, England. He graduated as a yoga teacher at the ashram of KaivalayaDham, Lovavla, Pune, India.
