Larry M. Carter is an author, pastor and church planter. He was saved and committed to the Lord in 1976. His experience includes 39 years of Bible reading, mediation, teaching, counseling, praise and worship and 30 years of preaching, ministering, pastoring and evangelism. He is the founder of the New Hope Church of Lake Elsinore, CA. He is a loving husband, father and grandfather.
