Jeff MATATA was born in 1982 in Busia County, Western Kenya. He studied partly in Western and Nairobi city. He is a trained journalist with more than ten years of practice as a news and features writer, radio producer and trainer. He enjoys reading, travelling and writing. Dust is his first novel. He is married with four children. He lives in Italy.
