Mr. Coon is currently a writing, reading and math instructor within the Philadelphia School System. He is also currently a father of two teenage children. This is his second novel. In 1985 he almost committed suicide, making this topic one that is very dear to him. Since that time, he has looked at the topic from numerous perspectives, from religious to legal to practical. This gives him a unique viewpoint, as reflected in the novel “The Suicide Machine”.
