D. A. Combs is an ordained minister in the Free Methodist Church of North America and is currently serving as the associate pastor in a north-east Ohio, Church of the Nazarene.

Pastor Combs has thirteen years of pastoral experience, including publishing articles and conducting retreats. She and her husband Jeff have four children: a son and daughter who are with the Lord, two married daughters and two perfect granddaughters.
