Dr. Mindy was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) as a college athlete. Refusing to believe the prognosis the doctors gave her, she went searching for answers. Her personal journey back to health ignited a voracious passion in her to understand why the human body breaks down—and how these breakdowns can be fixed by removing toxins, adding in good nutrition, and working with the healing laws of the body. Mindy H. Pelz, DC has an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and nutrition from the University of Kansas and a doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer West College of Chiropractic. In the 20 years she has been in practice, Dr. Mindy has helped tens of thousands of people reset their health. She lectures all over the country while maintaining an active private practice in Silicon Valley where she lives with her husband and two teenage kids.
