This is the first issue of the new "Calcudoku Series" puzzle books (so far, six have been released, January-June 2016). Each month there will be a new puzzle book with 100 Calcudoku puzzles of the greatest variety (from easy to difficult, with twins, "no-op" puzzles, single operator, patterned, up to 15x15 in size!), at the lowest possible price.And solutions to the difficult puzzles in the book can be submitted at calcudoku.org for points!

Patrick Min is a freelance scientific programmer. He specializes in 3D graphics software, but has worked in many other areas, such as search engine technology, acoustic modelling, and information security. He has published papers and open source software in several. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Leiden University, the Netherlands, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Princeton University. He is also a puzzle enthusiast, devising math puzzles for his father since the age of 7. This continues to this date, with dad solving his son’s Calcudoku and Killer Sudoku puzzles.
