Synopsis
About wolves there are as many fairy tales as there are real stories. But is it not striking that the wolf is always supposed to be the evil or nasty guy. In fairy tales he is mostly frightening or even devouring grandmothers, goats and other lovable persons or animals. In newspaper, radio and TV reports one can learn all sorts of terrible things which wolves are being accused or blamed for. Now you can read a most likely true story about a wolf which has not only done anything bad but did something sensational good. He was a lifesaver for a little girl who suffered a nasty accident. This wolf really should have deserved a medal. Sadly, however, people refuse to believe in a good wolf. They do not get tired of blaming him for being an everlasting beast. A wolf cannot do anything right for humans - that is for sure.
