Synopsis

A chance encounter leads him to investigate City Café. Something sinister bubbles below the surface of this semi-dysfunctional restaurant and its degenerate employees. Marred with addictions, poverty, and loss each employee experiences tragedies as well as triumphs; all while someone on their crew is intent on killing them. A shadowy figure washes dishes in the back… quietly… contemplatively... until the unimaginable happens!
