Half of all Human beings are genetically disposed to developing Type 2 Diabetes due to weight gain causing Insulin Resistance. I am one of those people and once diagnosed I researched a course of action other then what my Doctor had prescribed and have reversed Diabetes 2. This is my story. This reversal of Diabetes 2 was not some heroic undertaking. It was choosing a course for long term survival and happiness through a path that would have less, not more actual responsibilities and medical requirements. This path was also far healthier. I tell my story not to advise but to demonstrate what can be done in consultation with your doctor and health professionals. My doctor, nurse and health professionals have all fully applauded and supported my efforts and results, This book tells my story from background to my self imposed cure for Type 2 Diabetes.
