Synopsis

This book was inspired by a special assignment that the Lord put on my heart called, The Me Project or #TheMeProject sometime in 2013. The Me Project is not about me, it was never about me, but it started with me. In order for me to be a better daughter, sister, cousin, auntie, friend, wife or mother, I had to be a better me and really embrace me. This is a daily journey (dare I say struggle at times), that started with coming to the realization that in my own strength, I could never be better. It would never happen but through Jesus Christ, putting my trust in Him, as well as finding my identity in Him, ( a moment by moment journey). I would be made whole and able to strive to be just like Him. I knew God had sent me and given me a lot of wisdom on how to live and navigate my single season. Though I violated that wisdom more times than I'd like to admit, I eventually surrendered and committed to the process and met my husband.
