It is clear from the start that the author is setting out on a journey, and not at all certain as to where he will be led, but with each successive page the case in support of betting on Jesus becomes stronger and stronger, and finally arriving at a point in the last chapter where you may find yourself viewing eternity with great anticipation - not at all unlike the anticipation you might experience when getting ready to go on the vacation of your dreams.
