Synopsis
A true account of a young sufferer of Bipolar Affective Disorder who has both failed and succeeded in life,but who is now a much stronger and more confident person as a result of the circumstances given to him. The book gives an insight into how mental health difficulties have occurred and what has helped to restore good health. It also explains the challenges that present themselves and how they were overcome, showing that there are always solutions even if at first is is difficult to see them. As a sufferer of Bipolar Affective Disorder I have as everyone has been on a journey which has had both major ups and downs. My hope is that this book will give hope and reassurance to those in crisis with mental health concerns and those looking to make the next step in progressing with their lives, and that it will provide some lessons by which the reader can learn and be aware of. There is no perfection in life- we can only strive to do better.
