Synopsis

In Part 3 of The P.U'trid & S.Pooky Pickles Company's adventure The Curse of the Witching Pox! Angela and Tom U'trid have arrived home with their dad, following their exciting and revealing stay with Aunts Phlegmella and Smogmella at Gibbets Farm, which is the head office of The P.U'trid & S.Pooky Pickles Company. Since arriving back they have had it confirmed that they are both to be witches, but not yet. Without even time to unpack, they receive a phone call from Aunt Smogmella, asking them to return to the farm, because all the witches and wizards have been affected by Madam Creep Fungus' deathbed curse - infecting them with the terrible Witching Pox! Angela and Tom, arrive back at the farm, met by Jim Fitz. they are shocked at the yucky nature of the witching pox with exploding multi coloured blisters and pustules. They are told that they will need to run the pickle factory, assisted by Jim Fitz, Sardos and Witchweasel and some strange transportation, to ensure the deliveries are made and peace prevails within the immortal world. Chaos abounds, when errors are made in production by Tom and consignments intended for witches, were heading out into the mortal world, on the trailer being driven by Big Bill McDillup. This would set in play some strange and unforeseen events, which would have far-reaching repercussions, for even the highest in the land. In this the 4th Part of The P.U'trid & S.Pooky Pickles Company, The Curse of the Witching Pox! Rex Regis Catering, desperate for urgent supplies for prestigious events being organising at The House of Commons and 10 Downing Street. Rex after some serious pleading, successfully obtains some of pickles and preserves being carried in Big Bills lorry, amongst them are the witches specials. The first event is to promote British Cheese, attended by many guests including celebrities, M.P's and members of the government, who start eating the Pickled Assorted Eyes, being convinced by the food critics that they were a new a specialist Eye Onion, the star of culinary cuisine Pickled Assorted Eyes when eaten by mortals, has the unfortunate side effects of forcing them to tell the truth and also to get the most terrible and uncontrollable flatulence, along with sundry other conditions.’ Many had unknowingly eaten the Tastee Toes that had been sprinkled as a garnish over much of the food and with mortals the side effect is regressing to childhood. Mayhem ensues in the televised House of Commons when the M.P's play cricket in the chamber using the mace as a bat! At 10 Downing Street later that day, a reception for the Queen is taking place and it is all fun and games with the Prime Minister and others acting like children, insisting they playing Scalectric racing with their Royal guests. Back at Gibbets Farm, the witches are all placed on alert, to go out on broomsticks and deliver the cure to all those affected before sunrise! Disaster strikes, can Angela and Tom save the day?
