Nutrition should be from foods coming directly from farm to table (organic and ecologically sound). Processed foods (additives are harmful), sugars (that destroy proteins, including myelin, thus hindering neurotransmission) and those treated with pesticides (harmful to the brain as well as nutritionally deficient), should be avoided.
