Synopsis

This story follows on from Milky the milk float first adventure, Milky Saves Christmas as told to Emily and Bobby Trickle by their Great Grandad when they were young children. The story he told was of his days as a milkman with his magical milk float, together they help Santa Claus save Christmas. As a result, Milky is given his hearts desire, to be able to transform when needed into a superhero called Superfloat. This book picks up the story twenty years later, Emily and Bobby are saddened by the news of Great Grandad's death. After the reading of his Last Will and Testament to a strange gathering of family members, they learn that Emily and Bobby inherit Great Grandad's cottage along with sealed instructions to be opened late on Christmas Eve, at the time of Great Grandad's funeral arrangements involving the space shuttle launching him into space. On opening the sealed instructions they come face to face with a shocking discovery that leads them into a life-changing journey, as the crew of Milky's alta ego Superfloat.
