The logically next phase of this digital revolution would be building a global community in this online environment. This book would serve as a model of the basic concepts and structure of setting up and operating such a community. This book uses many new and creative concepts to design and build the new global community. For example, the new community members order merchandise through the new online purchase system, they could pick up the items within minutes at the UgWorld Community Neighborhood Store or get the items delivered within hours, plus getting the items gift-wrapped and having pizzas and Chinese Food freshly made by the restaurant within the Neighborhood Store delivered at the same time. The auction transactions in this new online system will have some fundamentally different concepts and procedures from those of the normal auction behavior we conduct today. First, the new organization auction system have functions to get selling and bidding members to donate their selling price and the bought goods to the new Community Charity Organizations, also, the Charity Organizations will put donated items on the online auction system to get money, furthermore, some donated goods, especially valuable jewelry and art work, are marked “Charity Forever” and are put on the auction networks again and again, all the members bidding on those items know that the winning bidding price is automatically being donated to the charity organizations and the items being sold are actually never being shipped and those goods will be put on the auction again and again. The buyers of these items will get certificates of merits so they could print them, showing the certificates to their friends or get them framed and hung on the walls of their living rooms.
