Synopsis
The concept of a “professional career” provided a limited perception; I needed to share the vision of a “Path”. I understood I had to find a modern approach and provide the middles and tops that I have worked with along the way with a perspective that could endure the passing of time. Let’s not leave aside those entrepreneurs, businessmen and—why not?—colleagues in NGOs and in the public sector who professionalize their work. For a long time, I diffused several concepts and principles by authors who marked my path, until finally I reached the point where I was able to coin C Leader®, a new work I am happy and excited to share with the world. I wondered many times why I should do it, then I understood that these concepts would help me fulfill my mission of supporting the development of conscious leaders, thus enabling me to achieve my dream of contributing to making organizations better. It is a great challenge.
