Synopsis
Terra is a convenient, out of the way place for dirty deals and a little peace and quiet away from the Galactic Federation... There are a lot of people on Earth who don’t belong here.
Blake, Perry, and Michelle exit the elevator onto Earth in 2016 to find the corpse of a man who, although human, was from another planet. The perpetrator of said crime claims to be a policeman who tracked a dangerous criminal to this planet, killed him in self-defense, and now needs assistance acquiring materials from the dead man’s spacecraft. Blake finds the man suspicious and sabotages the ship prior to their assisting him in gaining entry to it, and once they find the supposed policeman to be a criminal in his own right who has been trapped on Earth, they meet an actual galactic policeman who is interested in arresting him rather than allowing him to freely escape the bounds of the planet. After they continue to thwart his attempts to leave the planet, the criminal grows desperate and threatens innocent lives to demand that the he be given a ship to leave the planet. In order to protect the innocent, the team must find a way to defeat the criminal and rescue those he has in his grip.
