Synopsis

Echo has survived living on the street and giving birth to her baby daughter, conceived by her step-father in an act of rape. Daily she gives thanks to God for providing a rescuer for her and her younger sister, Rhylie, in the form of her dear friend, Baylee. She was thirteen-years-old when she gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Marki; and although Marki has been adopted by a loving couple, Echo is blessed to be able to remain involved with her daughter. Life seems to be full and complete...until challenges again face her in the form of her stepfather who is released from prison, and her alcoholic mother, whom she hasn’t seen for nine years. She finds she has to deal with her own emotions concerning Rick, a police officer whom she meets at church. Can Echo find it in herself to truly forgive her stepfather and her mother, and allow herself to find love? Will she be able to build a life for herself and her daughter after tragedy again strikes, and in spite of the adversity she has already had to face? Will she learn that God can manifest himself in the most troubled soul?
