In this book, she empowers young Black professionals by equipping them with advice and little-known principles of career success from her experiences and interviews with thirty successful Black leaders.
Intelligence Isn’t Enough is divided into six chapters that guide readers through what Anderson calls the three “major corporate muscle groups”:

Carice Anderson is a Director in Leadership and Manager Development for a leading asset management firm, and she lives in Atlanta. Anderson has an MBA from Harvard Business School and she worked for Aon-Hewitt, Deloitte, Korn Ferry and McKinsey & Company. During her time at McKinsey & Company, she worked as a professional development manager, where she managed a leadership development program for young Black professionals. Anderson has presented her insights and worked as a leadership consultant, facilitator and coach for top companies like Google, Bloomberg, Accenture, J P Morgan Chase, Bain & Company and Publicis Media.
