This little book is a daily planner based on the one mentioned in Benjamin Franklin's Autobiography.
The format is simple: each day gets one page, which is divided into the hours of the day in the left column. In the left column you write out a basic plan for the day. There are plenty of journals available that are based on Franklin's 'virtue journal', but they all leave out this crucial second part: the daily planner.
The goal of this daily plan, according to Franklin, is to help you order your day to achieve the highest degree of industry, justice (for justice means right ordering), and peace (which follows justice). It will not do this spontaneously however, and even Benjamin Franklin admitted that he usually failed to order his day ideally due to the unpredictability of his life. But it can help. The layout is simple and straightforward, helpful and conformable to your needs, and includes a short guide to get you off your feet.
Includes enough pages for half of a year (26 weeks). Since the daily planning sheets are not tied to any particular date, month, or year you can start using it whenever you like (unlike most yearly planners).
