Synopsis

"A wonderful book! Peter Moyes brilliantly proves that we can free our creative energies from the Black Hole of our own making." Dr. Charles Savage, President, Knowledge Era Enterprises International. This book is a mind changer. It is about managerial leadership as it really is: action oriented, people centred, translating ideas in the mind into reality in the world and making a beneficial difference. 'Fantasy or Reality' is all about the practical and cerebral what, why and how of successful managerial leadership. It is based on experience and sparkles with energy, ideas and insights. Unlike a conventional pot boiler or a typical managerial cookbook with theoretical formulae for instant success, 'Fantasy or Reality' focuses on what managerial leadership is and is not about. It contrasts rather than competes with other published works and because it is so refreshingly different and grounded in reality, deserves a place in any collection of managerial books.
