The First of Nine is a murder mystery with a feline twist. Theodore is (probably) the first cat detective to walk the back alleys of York. He is on the trail of the 'Clementhorpe Killer', who has bumped off one of his neighbours, pigeon fancier Peter Morris. Not only does he have to track down the killer before he strikes again, but also find out what's happening to the missing pigeons... It's a must read for anyone who has ever wondered what their cat gets up to while they’re out...
