Jayna Coppedge loves spending time with her two adult children. Laura and Tyler were great “guinea pigs.”

Although she received a bachelor’s degree with a marriage and family emphasis in 1983, she continues to study family relationships. This book is the result of the many parenting classes she has taught over the past two decades.

A children’s minister for twenty-four years, she taught children of all ages, trained Sunday school teachers, and walked along with families in every life stage. Her occupation provides her with a unique perspective of family systems, observing and being in relationships with hundreds of children from birth until they leave home.

She speaks at women’s conferences, and teaches weekly Bible studies and parenting classes.
