About the Author:
Antonio Neves grew up in a small town. The kind of town people don’t end up leaving. Before graduating high school, he moved more than 15 times. He was the first in his family to go to college.

College changed everything. Antonio competed as an NCAA Division I student-athlete, studied abroad, interned at top companies, and graduated with a degree from Western Michigan University. He went on to earn a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

For over a decade, Antonio worked in the television industry as a correspondent, host, and producer for NBC, PBS, BET Networks, and Nickelodeon. His writing has appeared in Inc.com and Entrepreneur.com.

Today, Antonio is an internationally recognized keynote speaker who has delivered more than 400 presentations for organizations including Google, Amazon, Visa, and McDonald’s. He is the author of the international bestseller Stop Living on Autopilot and The 1-Day Method.
