His half century of professional experience-including a dozen years with IBM-include stints as consultant, entrepreneur, innovation expert, author, and industry analyst. He was also the
publisher of the MobileInfo.Com information portal, at one time the largest mobile computing portal on the web.

Chander has architected, designed and implemented some of the most complex network-based IT solutions in the public-sector, law-enforcement, transportation, airline and financial-services industries.
