Rader currently teaches at George Washington University and the University of Washington, USA, and Tsinghua University, China. Judge Thomas Voit is the presiding judge in the German Federal Patent Court, responsible for administration activities, patent nullity cases, jurisdiction, trademark matters and court decisions. Kenichi Nagasawa is the president of the Association of the Protection of Intellectual Property Japan, a board member and executive officer of Corporate Intellectual Property and Legal in Canon Inc. Kwang-Jun Kim is the president of the Licensing Executive Society Korea, Honorary International Chair Professor of National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan, and Professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
