This Supplement embraces all acts of a general, public and permanent nature passed by the two sessions of the General Assembly of Iowa. The Twenty third (1890) and the Twenty-fourth (1892) held since the publication of the Annotated Code in 1888. It also gives, in accordance with the plan of the original work, notes of all decisions relating to statutory subjects rendered between J uly, 1888, and October, 1892, by the Supreme Court of Iowa, or the Federal Courts in Iowa, or the Supreme Court of the United States in cases appealed from Iowa.
