The Second Part contains the incorporated proions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1882, the Ballot Act, 1872, the Municipal Elections (corrupt and Il Practices) Act, 1884, and other statutes. The notes to these have else been carefully reed and brought down to date. The Third Part contains the statutes passed since the Local Government Act, 1888, in so far as these relate to the powers and duties of county councils. The Fourth Part contains the existing Statutory Rules and Orders affecting county councils, arranged in alphabetical order of the subjects to Which they relate, with the explanatory cirars issued With them.
