Sarah Routman has a BA in English, a BFA in Photography and an MEd in Adult Education. After teaching high school English and Drama for 10 years and running 2 non-profits for 18 years, Sarah is now a Leadership Instructor and a Wellness Advocate at the University of Minnesota. She is also trained in Reiki and Reflexology. As a certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher she inspires others to lead happier, healthier, more meaningful lives through laughter. She has laughed with thousands of people from all over the world and she looks forward to someday sharing some serious giggles with you! Sarah lives in Minnesota and travels frequently, spreading healthy laughter wherever she goes.
