Ashley Bauer is the co-founder of FlightBridgeED, contributing to the company as an author, editor-in- chief and educator. She currently holds a Masters Degree in Nursing - APRN, is completing her second Masters Degree in Business - MBA and works in the industry as a Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in the emergency | HEMS industry for 10 years as an ER nurse, flight nurse and nurse practitioner. She is the co-auther and editor-in-chief for FlightBridgeED's many published works. Her experience and knowledge has been an instrumental part of FlightBridgeED and the growth the company has seen since its inception in 2012. Eric Bauer is the founder and lead educator for FlightBridgeED, LLC. He has worked in the EMS field for 24 years with the past 13 years spent in the HEMS industry. Eric is an internationally recognized author, speaker and educator and still works in the field as a Flight Paramedic for the largest air medical services in the world. He has spoken on many critical care topics as an educator, and has authored and published 90 critical care podcasts related to the HEMS industry, with over 900,000 downloads in the first 3 years of publication and listeners in 82 countries. His most recent work has focused on writing and publishing the #1 Best Seller: Ventilator Management - A Pre-Hospital Perspective".
