À propos de l'auteur

Lev Khariton, the author of this book, was born in Moscow in 1945. Upon graduating from the Institute of Foreign Languages in Moscow, he worked for over 20 years as teacher and translator. In 1989 he immigrated to Israel, then in 1990 he moved to France and lived for 9 years in Paris. There he was working as a journalist in the Russian newspaper "La Pensee Russe" ("Russkaia Mysl") at the same time contributing to many world-wide magazines and on-line publications. Since 1999 he has been residing in New York. In the last few years he has been prolific in writing prose, poetry and memoirs.
