Author Sanela Ramic Jurich was born in Prijedor, Bosnia in 1976. With the help of her two aunts, Nefira and Hida, she moved to America in 1993. She now lives in Chicago with her husband, Todd Jurich and their two sons, Denny and Devin. Remember Me is Sanela's first novel based on her own experience from the Bosnian War.
