À propos de l?auteur

My various professions have changed dramatically over the years. However, my curiosity and fascination with how we become who we are has been a constant. I started with an MBA in Health Care, working in the community health center system in Boston. From there I became a member of the US National Rowing Team, competing nationally and internationally for several years. My last station in life – for the past 15 years – has been as a personal trainer in a gym in Southern California for the past 13 years and in Georgia prior to that for two years. I have always been a student of the human mind and its power. My major at Tufts University was Bio-Psychology. Motivation and drive, our carrots and sticks, are as diverse as we all are. I have taken care of and watched over people from the time of being a resident assistant in college to coaching collegiate athletes to personal training people - which for many is a cheaper version of therapy! How each of these people became who they are is always fascinating to me. When Evan’s gift arrived that Christmas, it could not have been more perfect.
