Shane Linder earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato after serving in the US Army Engineer Regiment in Panama. He has worked in Deep South Texas as a project manager in commercial building construction for over 18 years. Shane has served in his religious denomination as a church elder, deacon and several other lay positions. He has volunteered as a construction missionary in the US, El Salvador and Mexico. He is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish. He is also the author of the book 'Peculiar Christianity', 'The Christian Manager' and 'Is That Right?'.
